Boxy Stool
Sort of inspired by Shaker 2-steps but also a box we sat on once in Japan, the Boxy Stool is a perfect spare seat that can be easily moved around the house with its handle cut into the seat. It's pieced together from 3 boards, joined with blind mortise and tenons on the seat and the legs are tensioned by dowels wedged with split tenons.
